Projects undertaken inlcude for high tension power transmission lines up to 800kv and substation structures on a turnkey basis.
We also design, test, fabricate, galvanise, erect and string.
Our plant is in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India with an area of 48,000 sq.mts and an installed capacity of 54,000 MT p.a. The 2nd largest in India.
We have CNC punching and drilling machines; automatic temperature controlled galvanising baths. We have a tower testing station and R&D centre for testing up to 800kv d/c towers (square and rectangle), base - 27mts x 27mts and height 85mts. We also have tension stringing equipment capable of pulling quadruple conductors.
Our engineering capabilities include computer-aided 3D analysis, fabrication drawing on auto cad and foundation design. Our design expertise includes; transmission line towers up to 800kv, substation structures, microwave and telecommunication towers and river crossing towers. We construct foundation work, tower erection, conductor (single, bundle and quadruple), earthwire and OPGW stringing.
